Nefsis Delivers Video Conferencing Infrastructure From The Cloud
Nefsis has begun offering, as a cloud-delivered service, the network connectivity and bandwidth management tools necessary to send video over corporate networks. Nefsis says that its cloud offering includes tools to maintain quality of service (QoS) standards for video conference feeds and to help network administrators set traffic priorities that, when necessary, give video traffic right-of-way over other applications like e-mail.

vKernel Boosts Virtualization Data Management Capabilities

VMWare Goes Crazy For The Cloud With vSphere 5
Virtualization giant VMware has launched a new version of its vSphere platform and a new cloud infrastructure suite that should help SMBs build cloud based solutions. At a media event in San Francisco, Dr. Stephen Herrod, VMware’s Chief Technology Officer, said that this is VMware’s “largest coordinated release of software we’ve ever done.”
